BIOGRAPHY:

An interest in Business grew in Bianca Malone early on. Taking the route, most are told she went to study Business Management & shortly after Psychology with a minor in Sociology at Washington State University - Vancouver. With all that Bianca learned in her studies, the next step was pursuing entrepreneurship, starting with network marketing, which built the foundational principles for running her tax & accounting practice. Then, to generate leads free of charge, she began doing organic social media marketing & outreach.

From applying and receiving optimal results, she began utilizing her expertise to teach within organizations of high-level executives & licensees, business owners, public figures, social media influencers, and franchise owners to achieve results themselves. Through her network, she went on to assist a Tax & Accounting Franchise due to the rapid growth they saw she had as a solopreneur at the time.Next, she landed a contract as a Social Media Manager with the Franchise and hit the ground running. Learning all the ends and out of media from being the Social Media Manager of 20+ pages, content creator, lead outreach, videography, editing, strategy, organic marketing & advertisement, growth, ads, analysis, monetization, and overseeing the department was next. Moving up to Social Media Director wasn't a question; it made sense.

Seeing that millions of businesses open every year with little to no experience with social media was a problem Bianca saw needed to be solved by bridging the gap of her passion for learning, teaching, and helping businesses succeed online to provide the best possible services through her pride & dedication. As a result, Bianca established her very own consulting company to serve more businesses in a greater capacity. Through the years, she's learned how crucial it is to have a team of specialists who can help with various social media marketing and advertising projects, especially with where the world is and continuing to head. Her team of specialists has worked with companies known nationwide, including but not limited to Sony, Burger King, Recruiting Daily, Palfinger, Kumon, etc.
